4. What are your payment terms?
Standard items require a 30% deposit, while custom-made items require a 50% deposit, with the balance paid in full before shipping.
5. What happens after placing an order until delivery?
From the signing date, our production team will fully support you. The planning team will establish a reasonable timetable.
Our team will follow each production process (cutting, assembly, polishing, painting, decoration, packaging) and provide you with the latest inspection reports. We will offer as many photos and videos as possible, and if needed, we can arrange meetings with you.
6. How long is the delivery time?

7. How is the furniture packaged?
All delivered furniture is professionally packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transportation. The packaging boxes are clearly labeled with item numbers and product codes for easy receipt.
8. What is your after-sales service like?
We promise a 5-year overall product warranty, with a 10-year warranty on the main framework of the furniture's internal structure. For minor issues with damaged accessories, we will send replacements for your convenience.
9. Who is responsible for shipping?
Our price terms are EXW or FOB. You are free to choose a shipping company to transport your order overseas. We also have preferred partners who can forward international parcels to over 200 countries.
10. Do you support sending samples?
